Post by: Banjo99uk on May 25, 2014, 07:39:11 PM
A friend came over the other day and introduced me to a blues artist called RL Burnside. I instantly loved it and thought some of you may like it too.

I made a few random skips to get an impression and it sounded pretty cool. Will give it a try when I have more time to do so. Thanks, blues music is always very welcome!

He was one of the last genuine blues men, discovered a decade prior to his demise, and helped greatly by Jon Spenser. I must have some 4-5 LPs, but my favorite is always Ass pocket of Whiskey.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UhDNi6uRr6U&list=PLVp8jDY0LOvfMTvjfFw9lV41zXUesiBTn&feature=share
