Hi!
Yesterday I found out that an exhibition called Heavy Metal & Punk Fossils took place at the Natural History Museum in Oslo, Norway. It turned out that one of the attractions was a full size copy of the Masiakasaurus Knopfleri fossil, which, as you all know, is named after Mark. The museum says that Mark owns a full size model of the dinosaur himself, and that the model in the exhibition is a copy of that one. Of course, as soon as I found out that there was an exhibition with Knopfler related material in my neighborhood, I went down there to see it. It was quite nice to see, actually. I big touring case was used as a part of the presentation, and there was a poster on the wall with a picture of Mark, telling the story of the dinosaurs name. I took of course some pictures for you :)

Thank you Jarle! It looks quite a reasonable size - I wonder does Mark keep it on his sideboard? :think :)

"Rock Fossils on Tour"
Ok, I just went to see Crosby Stills and Nash last night and thought you were talking about them...
Great photos BTW. Looks like it was a cool exhibit.

Lol it's the most ridiculous and cute rock-star-related thing ever. The MK Signature Dinosaur, we just couldn't ask for more.
