Right according to Wikipedia :

"Family

For those in the Uk with young kids that is Mr Tumble's Dad and Guy's Uncle.

So Justin Fletcher is Guy's cousin? My daughter likes Mr Tumble, here in Spain you can see Cbeebies using Filmon and I want her to watch cartoons and baby programmes in English since very early.

Yes Justin is Guy's cousin.
Guy's uncle of the same name wrote many tunes - here's one that he co-wrote for Elvis in 1968.
