Fantastic night made all the better by Ingrid. Had a nice chat with Guy and Danny. These guys are so nice and approachable. Danny even winched when I said how star struck I was meeting him. This forum is so wonderful when you meet other members who are so nice (Ingrid). Thanks and if you ever need a room next to Gatwick you are welcome at my house.

Hi Banjo, Yes it was a great night. Thanks for your offer, who knows what happens in the future. Maybe another Bluesclub gig ;-)
It was the second time I saw them, it's really a great gig. Small, energetic, fun on stage, so fun in the audience.  :D

Maybe you (or others here) can be of any help with a small problem I have.

On May 21st I drive down from Newcastle to London. Stay 2 nights in London. 23rd I go to Birmingham and on the 24th back to London and stay 3 nights.
Both hotels don't offer parkingspace (nothing new in London). So I have to park my car somewhere and use the underground to go to Central London.
Does anyone know what is the easiest and cheapest way ot have my car parked somewhere?
Thanks for any help

No idea :) but I think that it depends how much you are willing to pay. It seems that in ExCel London the tariff is 15 pounds per day, which seems to be less than in airports.

Hi Ingrid, Mr Superval has a great idea!   How about parking in BG carpark -   MK won't be needing it for a while!    ;D   :wave    ;)

I love Mr Superval, great idea. Can he give me the phonenumber of MK, so I can call him to ask for an extra key. I need to go up and down Birmingham in between, so it's easier if I have the key with me  :P

I think you can call directly to the studio, MK already told them to allow you to park inside!

@ Ingrid: About parking in London: can the hotels where you are staying really not help you? I assume you will travel from where you're staying to the concert by tube anyway, so you will need to have your car parked near the hotels. Some tube stations have car parks (do you know which tube stations are nearest to your hotels?). Otherwise you would have to park the car in an unknown side street, or at a 24/7 shopping centre.

21st , 22nd and 24th May I stay near the british museum. Holborn, Tottenham Court Road and Russel Square are the nearest tubestations.
I don't need to park near my hotel. Can go to the carpark by tube.

25th and 26th May I stay near tubestation Bayswater.

Unfortunately none of the tube stations within London Underground Zone 1 (city centre) have a parking area.
Perhaps you can best use a parking facility at the main stations near where you stay.
These are Euston and Paddington.
