Hi all,
Has any of you been in that situation? Can you get a refund from the management/venue? Is there a way to sell the tickets (at regular price) legally?
I have two tickets for me and my wife for the Cracow show, but there's a possibility we can't make it. Would be a shame to have paid that money for nothing.

Sorry, I didn't see there is a whole section for tickets.
I see that you are selling and buying tickets there, but how do you go about it in practice? Would I need to go to the venue to pick up the tickets and then hand them over to the buyer?

Contact the staff in mk.com and they will help you with it

Thank you, jbaent.

Just to update, in case others are in a similar situation as me.
The customer service assistant at markknopfler.com wrote: "There are no refunds on tickets. However, if you're able to find a friend to go in your stead, let me know their name and I'll update the pickup name on your order."

Useful know. Many thanks for the information, Stringcheese.
Though I I hope that you do not have to give up your tickets. Despite all the doom mongers on this forum, I found the concert that I attended (Manchester) really enjoyable.

Enjoyable? That's an understatement. I loved it and so far items the best night I think

Hi Ingrid.
Hope you are enjoying your adventure. In my defence I did say "really enjoyable" and I did use other superlatives in a post under the Manchester gig thread.
