Title: Guitar sound on Silver Eagle
Post by: trundler on June 17, 2015, 09:07:05 AM
Hi, anyone got any advice for using effects and reverb settings to get the guitar sound spot on that MK uses on this song? I'm thinking analogue delay as opposed to digital maybe? Thanks

Think reverb is more important than delay here.

How about trying four repeats of eighths (maybe triplets or dotted), level set to taste and much reverb? The guitar is kind of in the background, so you need to create that illusion.

I'm sure it's the same sound as used for Cal Soundtrack, would love to be ale to recreate it

the difference is that the guitar used on CAL was the red schecter tele (same as on walk of life) while the one used on silver eagle would be the '54 strat or the sig strat
