I cant remember if it was mentioned this news, but i never saw the plaque before on amit

I remember receiving a newsletter about this (can't remember if I posted it here) and it was to be placed on the quayside not long after the concert there at the end of May.  I remember thinking it would have been nice if the council had timed it so that Mark could have been there to maybe lay the stone.  Nice to actually see it though.
