Title: Russian Digipack with 5 bonus tracks (including Hot Dog)

I was looking the ebay for some Tracker that includes the song Hot Dog.
I found this:

Its a good looking one, digipack, russian...but, I have a strong doubt if it is a really official material.
Found no mention in official websites...

Am I wrong?

I believe the company that makes these bootlegs is called StarMark (  ;D ), they all look wonderful but are unofficial. I've got a really nice Michael Jackson bootleg of the same style lying around, which is a StarMark release.

edit: I found it (http://www.discogs.com/Mark-Knopfler-Tracker/release/7387604), StarMark unofficial indeed.Very cool release though, would really like to collect all these awesome bootlegs.
