She is doing two nights at the Hydro in Glasgow (venue Mark played) and it sold out in a couple of minutes.  I don't think any measures can solve the problem.

So true, Tickets were on Stubhub at ridiculous prices 40 minutes after they went on general sale. It might be possible to police the fan presale, but it would be incredibly difficult to stop the ticket scalpers on the open market.
