Title: It was 20 years ago today...

Met MK and the band after the show - here's my signed programme. :)

Ed wasn't in Aberdeen, I asked MK where he was for some reason! But Mariella Frostrup and Adam Faith came out the stage door as well (Faith was performing in a musical in Aberdeen that night).

It was supposed that MK should had played in Valencia, my town in 1996, during the GH show, but the concert was cancelled after some genius noticed that the bullring was double booked for the concert and a bullfight. The Spanish promoter moved the concert to another city, Logroño, and the bullfight took place in Valencia and that day, a bull killed one of the bullfighters...

Mk could had saved his life :smack

Very interesting piece about MK in Pennant, is there anything else about that MK visit? or the plaque?

Post by: dustyvalentino on May 05, 2016, 09:40:27 PM: No more clippings Julio but I have seen the plaque, it's in the pub. Pennan is about 40 mins drive from where I live. Nice little village but really very similar to lots of other little villages round here.
