I have made a timeline for Mark Knopfler, maybe this is an idea to use at this site?

My own site is going to stop in august this year so I really don't know where to leave it then :

Yes, I can remember the meeting when you brought up the topic of the timeline. From memory it had a fair majority of support from editors.
