I don't know who the artist is, but I can bet it's from music stocks. I can say it because many times I would stumble across a great track, then spend the whole night trying to find it, then finding it and realising it's a guy who writes stock music and who has nothing more of like that to offer.

Vangelis has been creating great music way before Chariots of fire and Blade runner. Surely worth the time, especially the 70ies albums.
