Hello (Margret...)??

Well, I think it is very friendly from this station 3sat to show something about MK

I bet if this was Clapton's or Dylan's 60th birthday there would be specials all over TV  >:(
I don't want to add fuel to the fire of that EC discussion but I can't stand the glorification of those "legends" either. Just because everyone says they're great it doesn't mean they are! MK deserves his full one-hour prime time documentary as well as Dylan and EC do  8)

Mark would deserve many TV specials, but he obviously doesn`t seek or desire that same token. If he did, he would surely release Alchemy on DVD to much publicity? Or drag up the`old` band?

Happy Birthday! :)

Not too bad rating Pottel but I do disagree:
#1 MK
#2 Gilmour
#3 Dylan

Not as far as I know but if it's the same program they showed at MK's 50th and 55th birthday then it's not worth watching unless your MK video collection is missing a few  :)
Oh and Pottel, just because Bobby is legend it doesn't mean I have to like him  ;D Okay okay, shutting up about Dylan now  ;D ;D

I have just watched my recording of the program on 3sat this night. I don't know what they showed at MK's 50th and 55th birthday and so I can't compare. Here are the songs/clips in their order:
1988 SOS / with EC
2007 TLWNF ( it seems this clip was recorded at British Grove Studio; b/w)
1996 Cannibals
1985 Walk of life
1985 Money for nothing
1996 Darling pretty
1993 Going Home
1990 Poor boy blues / with Chet Atkins ( awesome !! )
1986 So far away
1985 BIA ( b/w )
1996 Goldenheart
2006 This is us / with EH ( from the DVD RLR )

Thanks joko,
I was thinking a few hours ago that I have missed the tv show...
What is the "goldenheart" clip? I never heard of a video clip from that song? Would be interesting to know.
Ah, probably from "The Night in London", am I right? ::)
