Yes, but the scalpers are the very same ticketmaster and their secondary markets... when they see the tickets are not selling they release them, and they do trying to squeeze that tickets even more, look that those tickets can be bought, the same ticket, under two categories, vip experience or general sale.

I'm sure that other "sold out" concerts would start to have magically new tickets when the date approaches and they see they won't be selling them by expensive prices.

This happened in Lisbon too! It was sold out months ago, but now suddenly there's more tickets available.
