Let's be honest they are a money grabbing site with rubbish service.
If we want the downloads we don't have a choice and they know it so abuse their position.
It certainly doesn't have to be this way but the only way they will possibly listen is if we stop buying from them.Unfortunately most of us won't:(

They must know they are doing badly so common sense should tell them to issue an apology and inform everyone there will be a weeks delay while they sort out the problems/employ some competent people.
Many of us are annoyed by the issues but my overriding emotion is sadness.It isn't that difficult to get this right in a timely manner but we continually get treated like second class citizens.
The Fair Admission fiasco,the LONG wait to receive the boxset and now this.
Why should we continue to pay a premium price for substandard efforts?
I can no longer think of one reason to buy from mk.com again.
