Title: Sydney 86. New Pro-Shot copy. September 1st 20.00 CET

Hello all,

After years after a known copy of this concert from the original Reel tapes, and after a long process of restoring the images, we will release this Tuesday 1st September this new copy with the best sound and image ever released.

It will be in Facebook (Tatito TV) and Youtube (Knopflertk Unlimited) simultaneously.

The audio of this release is already available in Knopflertk Unlimited, under the title 1986.04.26 - The Reel Sydney (Sydney Entertainment Centre, Sydney, Australia)

It’s great, many thanks. There are two versions on YouTube, one with something called an ARRI filter, and one without. Can anyone explain what this means?

The Arri version has been edited with a LUT filter that gives the look an Arri cámera (used for cinema and very expensive) has. Makes the image darker and the color a bit different. With it, apart of the color and look, hide a little macroblocks from the original transfer to digital, due to a low bitrate.

But anyway, just experience yourselves, and choose your favorite version. Mine is the Arri, and that´s the reason I uploaded too.
