Title: Any knows EXACTLY which drum heads used Terry Williams when played for DS?
Post by: Terry01 on November 06, 2020, 05:52:36 PM
Anyone know which heads used Terry? Looks like coated or white clear heads in the toms, and in the snare looks like a clear Head. Any knows which brand or model of heads are?
Looks like Remo Controlled Sound, but i dont know exactly.
PD: How is the name of the electronic drum pads that he used in  many songs, for example in the intro of Expresso Love during the BIA Tour?

If anyone knows, please tell me. Thanks!

I dont know about the heads but with regards to the electronic drums back then the choice was pretty narrow. Simmons was the 'industry standard'. A few of the big players copied the tech and released their own versions.

My first band used a Simmons kit. Massive hex pads and a drummer constantly moaning about programming his 'brain' - Sound module in modern parlance. They were absolutely awful! 😄....

That's both the kit and the band for clarity! 😅
