This one is a much rarer promo-record by Dire Straits / Mark Knopfler.
UK-Promo-record from Comfort and Joy by Mark Knopfler, onesided promo-12-inch record, feat: Joy from the Soundtrack 3-Track-Record Comfort and Joy, Vertigo-Records UK, MARK-1, white label, 45-rpm
Label says Comfort and Joy, but it is the Song Joy. A nice intrumental with a little jazzy flavour. A not so common promo-issue. No real picture-sleeve, my copy has a white archive-cover. Mastered at Sound-Clinic.
