Title: Wag the dog 25 years today

25 years ago today, on January 13th, 1998, this sixth Mark Knopfler soundtrack arrived in stores, composed for the movie "Wag the Dog".

Great album. Mark should sing not only in the title composition.

Un très bon film et une superbe Bande Originale qui peut s’écouter indépendamment, presque comme un album de Mark Knopfler, voire de Dire Straits. De la guitare knopflerienne à profusion, sur tous les morceaux, c’est suffisamment rare pour le souligner.

I remember being disappointed in the film itself. I had high expectations - it had not only a soundtrack by MK but a good director, a good concept and some of my favourite actors in it.

Maybe I would enjoy it more if I rewatched now.
