Clapton on tour in the UK in 2024.

England and Ireland tour actually Eric. The other three autonomous regions of the UK are being ignored.

Probably scared to come back to Scotland after walking off in a huff nine years ago.

I remember it well. Never been so disappointed leaving a gig. Felt like it was over in a flash, barely a peep out of Clapton and a poor excuse posted to the website a few days later. Not sure I’d bother if he came back up this way.

Absolutely. My Dad still hasn't forgiven him! :lol

What was the reason for him walking off in a huff? I'm intrigued!

I have tickets for the Liverpool show. My second time there, first was for MK in 2013.

He had a problem with the sound if I recall and just walked off the stage without explanation to the audience, never to return.

The man is 78 and is still doing like 15/20 concerts a year. I'm just saying........

I mean to say, just happy that he is still playing some concerts. I went to see him last year. Great to see him again and he sure can still play. Very good band also. I was there for the music. Like i also went to see Roger Waters last month. I have nothing with his political statements but i like his music.

Yes, but it’s a condition that still allows him to tour. We don’t know if that is the case for MK. Pointless trying to compare different people, everyone is different.

Clapton can.
We don’t know if MK can.
