Hi everyone!
Here's my latest video, a cover of Stairway to Heaven, Dire Straits style. I took a bit of a Telegraph Road approach. Hope you like it!

interesting job, and surely a lot of work, very well executed :clap
but it's too far from the the original for my taste. The song itself is a masterpiece imho, and any other version won't do it for my ears.
just a matter of personnal taste :)
you even changed the key from Am to Dm, so yes it sounds closer to TR than Stairway :)

Yeah, his covers are a refreshing and surprising way to appreciate that these masterpieces came out the way they came out to be, with these arrangements, these singers, drummers and guitar players, at this point in music history. Frankly, not even people who made it can do it as perfectly as themselves, so we shall give a break to anyone who tries, and is good at that.
Every time I listen to a hit song that influenced millions, I think how difficult and unlikely it would be for every single person and planet to align so precisely to produce this masterpiece, and how each millisecond of it is painstakingly crafted to be as catchy, memorable, perfect, fantastic and timeless as possible.

Quite a curious aproach, being a Zepp fan...

Didn’t know whether this justified a new thread or not.
Personally, I think it’s epic.
