There are many clips uploaded on MK's channel in the concept "The Best Of" from the tours of 2005, 2010, 2013, 2015 and 2019. I wanted to know what you think of the track selection, your favorite shows from each tour and if you think an official CD-vinyl release of a tour could be made.
PS: I am especially interested in the 2019 shows because of their notably higher quality than the rest, I would say that 2010 and US 2015 are in an interesting second.

If I am right these are compilation that were made just after the tour.
I have no opinion on them for various reason.
I was really happy to attend the 2019 show but I can't listen to these.
When I come to listen to a full show it is ones between 1996 and 2006, after that I just pick some track selection.

Yes, I have verified and it is the selection they made for the 16 GB USB that they sell with the Gibson replicas if memory serves. I like the post-DS shows too, only these clips caught my attention (and unfortunately almost none of the shows from the period 1996-2003 were recorded as far as I know). Thanks for reply, have a nice day.

What I don't get is why they release less than a minute of "audience interaction" as a separate track. That's just nonsense.

Much like when they upload “oe oe” from different countries on Mark’s YouTube account.

That's what I was referring to, actually. Now, I don't mind it as an extra, but it's just stupid to have it as "this week's live track". It's not a song, and the clip(s) barely contain any music.

I think the same. I understand these small clips as bonuses in the original selection (on the 32GB usb*, the "best of" tracklist is below on the next page: https://www.markknopfler.com/legendsseries/), but I don't think they are essential to make you wait for great pieces like "Your Latest Trick", "On Every Street", "Speedway at Nazareth" or "Going Home" (which by the way I'm eager to hear). By the way, if you are interested in talking about the tours and their featured shows, I just created a new topic to discuss your opinions there. Thanks for reading.

The youtube clips are only made to monetize them, so they would upload anything, as they are doing with bootlegs, with that intention, just that.

The more videos with the more views, the more money they get.
Makes all sense.
