Title: Topic not viewable unless logged in

I just realized that unless I was logged in, I could not see the topic 2013 Privateering Tour.  Can someone explain that one to me?

I would like to know too, because I'm sure there are many people missing things, especially as "Privateering" is visible when not logged in!  It's confusing!    :hmm   I did ask on another thread else if it could be moved!   ;)   "Get Lucky Tour" is visible, but not "2013 Privateering World Tour"  - strange!

dan can prolly tell you more, but as far as i know that is a security measure. dan?

I think it's not too bad that you can only see it when logged in. We are sharing info about where to meet and stuff, so maybe smart to keep it visible only for members. If people are interested they can be a member very easlily.

If you want everyone to be able to read that board, then you need to make sure "Guests" is checked off as a group that is allowed to view it. As it stands right now, this is unchecked.

The "Get Lucky Tour" and "Mark Knopfler & Bob Dylan Tour 2011"  & also 2012 were all visible without being logged in, so what is different about "Privateering World Tour" which, as it stands, is now separated from "Privateering" by having to log-in?     Just curious!     :think   Wouldn't it be better to have it all together?   :)

Agree with you Val. It's not different from back then. But I just thought about being able to read or not and I think sometimes it's not too bad to have it as read only by members.
