Title: Meeting up in Newcastle
Post by: ingridswing on May 15, 2013, 11:40:41 AM: Hi everyone,

Who wants to meet in Newcastle. I will be there the whole day. Arrive around 02.00 (night of Friday to Saturday), so will sleep a little longer in the morning first.

Someone knows a good place where we can meet? If possible a pub-kind of thing where we can have some food and drinks.

Mine comes from Ticketline, anyone has other tickets with that information?

Doors Open: 6.30pm
Mark Knopfler: 7.30pm - 9.30pm

I am planning things right now. At the moment it looks like I will stay in Dublin until Sunday or Monday and then take a plane to Newcastle where I will stay until the day after the concert, flying back to Germany on Thursday...
Looking forward to it!

For Dublin, I got my nose deep into travel guides already. About Newcastle, is it spending three days there, apart from meeting AMITers of course?

Not planned anything yet, I think I will fly to Dublin and back and then work a day and take the car to the UK.
Newcastle is nice to do, spending 2-3 days will be no problem

Dublin is on a Friday.
