Yes, I love the 2 intsrumentals (dark groove and Don't Fly Unless It's Safe) , tell me, blind willie mctell, and alternate takes from songs on the album
these are really pure gems

It would have been in the fantastic 10 of Dylan's if it contained these gems. Now it is somewhere between 10 and 20...

I have not seen the session sheets myself but this is the information from the INFIDELS session sheets for 20 April 1983. I assume (but don't know) that this is where this particular take comes from, though the song was atempted on another day.

I also assume that the first three recordings are more like a warm-up than anything else.
