I am not sure what this really is, but Mark is there, so I thought I should share :P

Anyone who knows?
Edit: Is it an advertiser for a TV show?
And no more Money For Nothing, by the way. It's confirmed...
-
Ha ha ha, thanks for sharing. Whatever it is, it's funny :lol
-
Hilarious, by the way what do you British guys think, Chris Evans is a good substitute for axed Jeremy Clarkson?
-
This should answer your question.

Yes that's right Chris announced that TFI Friday was to make a come back - Superb!!! :clap
-
Amusing. Though MK would never have been invited on the original TFI Friday.
-
So MK will be at that show? Cool!
-
Great news that Mark will NOT play 'MFN'........ ;D
-
It's TFI Friday, by the way - not TGIF - and it's said to be due back on our screens in mid-June.
And, by way of relating to the thread about MK's accent, there used to be a fairly regular spot on the programme involving an actor called Ronald Fraser. He was of Scottish parentage and spoke with a Scottish accent but was actually born in England. In my youth, I can remember going to a pub on Haverstock Hill in London, on a Sunday morning (I think it was the "Sir Richard Steele") when Ronald Fraser, accompanied by another actor whose name I forget, turned up, carrying a bottle of milk. He put the bottle of milk down on the bar counter. The barmaid served him a large vodka, which he then topped up with some of the milk and downed quite quickly. Breakfast, I presume.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, isnĀ“t it?
:lol :lol :lol

I know, because it's such a non-chatchy song with no guitar playing and isn't one the public at large will recognise. :smack

More to the point that it's actually a bit boring now, besides the fact that Mark has a more interesting array of music at his disposal..... :smack

In my humble opinion, no one can serve as a substitute for the TG orang-utan. The others said yesterday that they are available as package only. So there will be now TG anymore, I suppose. Unless they get an offer from a private tv channel with a healthy budget.

Yes, the show only works with the team. Break up the team and the show doesn't work. I think the rest of the guys may be picked up by Sky or something and join Jezza there.
Chris was asked but ruled it out point blank.
-
Oh yes, and I couldn't imagine Chris on Top Gear. No - but no, thanks. Despite his interest in classic cars and his temper, this simply wouldn't work.

Although this is not the one I miss the most, MNF is a great entertaining song and I would be very happy to hear it again if Mark wanted.
The '05 version was still great one.
-
Personally I just 'skip' it now.... :-\

Were your top 5 favs (the so often in interviews and documentaries mentioned or heard) LaJaDaS, Basil, Taormina, Beryl and Wherever I Go? ;)
And oh, what does a Fender catalogue smell like?

Well man, that catalogue's well gone by now. Reminds me of my first guitar (which was just a copy) and I couldn't afford an amplifier so I plugged it into the radio. That blew up in pretty short order!
;)

I can still remember what uncle Kingsley smells like.

Fricking hilarious :D
Ah, the wait between album release and tour...

Doesn't Chris Evans run (?), organise (?), sponsor (?) or whatever (?) some kind of celebration of cars every year. Isn't CARFEST the name of it?
Maybe he wouldn't want to get involved with a programme that might result in a clash of interests.

Yes indeed he organises 'Carfest' which is held in Cheshire and Hampshire and raises money for 'Children in need'

This is on tomorrow, can't see any mention of MK though...
-
Also, it's being recorded tomorrow, so cant see how MK could be on it.

Maybe he pre-recorded something?
-
Maybe, seems strange. He never appeared on the original show and indeed appeared to be the very antithesis of it (Britpop), although I do remember Chris Rea being on it once.
