Every list out there is a complete BS. Can't even discuss it.

But that's not a list of best albums or something, it's a bestselling list. Numbers are numbers. Crazy stuff...

Everybody did get Brothers in Arms for free when they buyed a CD player ;D ;D So it didn't count as a sold CD.

But wait a minute... It says "US sales", so that's the reason. If you look it up, US sales are usually quite different from the rest of the world.

Right. That are US sales. BIA did well but only sold approx. 10 Mio albums so failed this list by 2 mios. I think somewhere they stopped counting

But still, I'm surprised. I'd assume BIA had made it to the top 50 everywhere.

It was for sure on that list but it's 32 years ago when it was released. A few megasellers followed

Exactly.
I started to have doubt about "worldwide" when I saw Garth Brooks listed. Because in the US he is among the biggest music stars.
