We were watching Rick Stein’s Secret France, a BBC series about food in France, and blow me down, ten minutes before the end of the final programme in the series, Rick spends about five minutes chatting to John Illsley, who, it seems, lives in a Provençal village and eats regularly at the local restaurant. Nothing about DS, but if you’re interested, it should be available on iPlayer.

Happen to like Rick Stein. He has an Aussie wife & Restaurant also.

I think that French city is Les Baux de Provence, where he recorded a live album with the band Cunla, the one that had Greg Pearle as singer.
