Whoa, two grown mid 70s adults are still in war about these things. Ridiculous.

those are only links to outside stuff/sources, while in the video page
you see stuff officially posted by the channel and there's 1 by mason and zero by waters,
and above all he was mentioning FB and the official website, basically he is right he was banned

still I don't like this kind of public announcement by waters

I posted a french article on my blog page, and among many comments, someone pointed out that maybe, Gilmour doesn't want the PF official website becoming a vector for Waters' political ideas.

it's just a speculation of course, no confirmation of this, but it could be a reason why Mason is allowed to post his videos and Waters not.
I know there are also legal issues with the band name (I think now owned by Gilmour and Mason ? :think) etc... but it can't be the only one reason imho

I thought that after live 8 and 2011 Wall shows where David was guest, they were "friends" again.... but it seems there are still subjects that they can't find a status quo

Even after Live 8  and 2011 Wall shows, David never made a secret that Roger and him still had wide divergent philosophical views.

And when you listen David speaking about the post Animals area, you easily understand that he does not want to deal with Roger temper again.
He's so happy like he's now.

Roger has lost the legal battle over the name, so Roger is right he's excluded while the other two can do their promo on the Pink Floyd site.
"Pink Floyd 1987" are a commercial name owned by David and Nick.
Roger is "out" / "off".

I like that version. Never been my favorite song in The Wall album but seeing Roger still so much into it is really nice.

I used to be a huge Roger Waters, but the guy has completely lost it over the years. He's a musical genius, though.

He's a good writer but musically I would call him subpar.

Nothing about the The Wall (the music to which, was 'mostly' written by Roger) is sub-par. It maybe insightful to call this period, Roger's highpoint, but people who also write songs like "Money" and "Brain Damage" probably deserve a rating above 'sub par'? Just an opinion.

he is talking about his musical skills, not his writing skills, which are way OVER par :-)

Funny that this song was featured here, been listening to it alot lately. But I don't see what's wrong with RW in terms of the performance? Is it that he doesn't do the guitar solo himself? I think people should be praised for what they're good at, not where they lack some skill. How would we rate Mark the piano player? Probably sub-par. Does it matter? No.
