How about songs like " What have I got to do?" " Pyroman" " No wonder he's confused" Where can I find them in lossless format?  Actually where can I buy all the non album tracks in lossless?

Pyroman was only done live.

No wonder he's confused was a demo from the Golden Heart sessions that "leaked", never released officially.

My claim to fame and Gravy Train were on the Darling Pretty CD single

Long Highway, Camerado and Lets See You were on the European CD single of What It Is

Pottel, you were right re the setlist. The simfy recordings are up, and show 14 tracks !!!
So, we were Heard when we say don't suppress PTTE. But i'm not sure that our danish friends appreciated to be the only ones not to hear the acclaimed title trackpad of MK's most sucessful album as a trade off !!!

Better to cut nothing of course, but if something has to be cut a song that we have heard lots of times like STP is a decent choice.

There is a picture in Isaac's Middlefart entry with Mark wearing an ... interesting hat during at least the first half of the show it seems. Weather must have been really uncomfortable...

Looks like the set was cut short due to bad weather. That is a lot of costly and irreplaceable equipment to be getting wet....

Got the concert from Simfy (note how they spell Middelfart!) and on So Far Away Mark sings "here I am again and rain has just started comin' down..."  Issac says on his blog that it wasn't heavy though.  Great version of Sultans, if fact worth it for that alone.  Unfortunately, as with the Luxembourg one Mikes whistle is way too high in the mix on some songs: WAM and Speedway being two that spring to mind.
"I'm playing all the right notes, but not necessarily in the right order."

Hi
The concert in Middelfart, Denmark was a mixed pleasure for me personally. Our group was in general very, vey pleased with it,
but I have been to around 10 DS/MK shows and this was not one the best ones. In my opinion. And it was not MK

Helsingborg was sold out. No idea what that means in terms of ticket sales though.
