I agree with LE!
If we don't buy the recordings there won't be any recordings next time!

Agreed. You really need the whole concert anyway, these Simfy shows are fantastic.

We really are being spoiled having all these great soundboard recordings. Kudos to MK/PCM etc.

I am not happy with a video using Simfyrecordings for sound. Filming already disturbes MK a lot and I am afraid that restrictions will be stronger when a lot of people don't respect the policy.
Simfy is legally protected, so using that is illegal and may lead to no available recordings in the future anymore. That's not what we want !
I totally agree with Ingrid. It is v sad that some people don't know what's right and wrong anymore! We were all very lucky that filming was allowed by MK for a long time, now he does not want is anymore. Why can't some people respect that? It is not right! Do you get my point? And using an official recording is illegal and against the law. Please respect the rules of our society! And respect MK's wishes if you are a fan of him...

I always liked the Poupy-DVD's a lot but there's a big difference now:
- at that time filming was allowed
- it was mixed with fanmade audio which was allowed and still is allowed

With not respecting the policy and even go illegal the risk of MK making stronger restrictions (audio and photography not allowed next time) or even worse, because he is not respected he will quit. Then it's great  :disbelief  :disbelief

Don't you all see that he doesn't have to do anything anymore. He has money enough for his life and the life of his children and grandchildren. He is a little grumpy so why should he go on... for pleasing his fans, don't make me laugh. He does what he wants too and if he doesn't like it anymore, because, for example, of the behaviour of the fans he simply quit.

With having this short sight it can be ruined for a lot of us

filming is not allowed = we should not film. Even if we don't like it.

Just to remind all of you, I've contributed ALL my videos to the Poupystar projects in the past. I've filmed Rotterdam and Amsterdam 2008 in High Definition!!! And I loved to film the shows....because it was allowed then.

But now it is NOT ALLOWED anymore! Just get it! This is a rule! MK can make that rule, it is HIS show and not ours. For me, it is like stealing. It is not right! So I don't film anymore, my high definition camera is highly used though - for private purpose...filming my own family! Get a life :)

BTW, Have you read Guy's answer on his forum? "Yes there's a lot of shite on YouTube, unfortunately a lot of rubbish, get-a-life, dodgy snippets of this tour by folks not observing the no-filming requests too."

Why are there always people who think they can do what THEY want and don't care about rules??? :'(
Do you want to see that PC & Co will walk through the rows and try to get the filmers and throw them out of the venue??? I don't!

Ok, in that case I do understand if someone will send you the song you want.
But talking about illegal, please remember that this is in fact illegal too! But because of local restrictions I do understand to help someone out and let him/her have the pleasure to listen to it too.

Another good one... RAH policy says "no photos and no audio recording allowed", the MK policy says that when the venue policy says other different thing, they stick to the venue

There are pros and there are cons.

I mean how many show have been recorded or filmed without express consent of the artists?
If some taper had not introduced recording device into a wheelchair how could we enjoy some 77 floyd show show or others artist? And how officialy released "bootlegging the bootlegger" could have been possible?

But in some case, like for Mark, when artist clearly express his wish of not to be filmed this is pretty weird to be close to stage and film anyway.

I don't know the exact reason that made Mark suddenly change his mind on the subject, but that in the attendance there are still enough idiot that can't behave well enough, for example think that taking their crappy (or not crappy) photo is more important than not disturbing other people, and because of them everything in the end tends to be forbidden.

The haters are those who write shit
