I had 194. Very far from the truth (chosen at random, I had NO idea whatsoever)

Mine was 289 and it was not good enough to win, so I guess the winner had exactly the right number.  :disbelief

Well, first of all, hello to everyone here and thank you for animating this wonderful forum, that i follow from a long time, though this is my first post here. I hope you will excuse my bad english.

I AM the LUCKY WINNER of the string competition!!!   :o :o :o

My bet was 286, if my memory doesn't fail. I'd love to say that i knew and counted how many instruments they had and how many cords each, but it would be too close to a lie. :disbelief I was just so terribly lucky, and you can imagine how many times I've read and re-read Guy's post about the winners...  :o :P :)

Ciao a tutti.... and thanks again for this forum, and all the hopes and the love that we share about Mark's works.
Alberto

W/M - Thank you for cheering me up on this rainy morning with your great sense of humour, which is really needed at the moment - end of tour, etc!  You made me laugh! :-*
