MK music on Letterman with Steve Martin

Just was watching David Letterman Friday night, and guest Steve Martin did a comedy video about how his opponent for for governor of an unnamed state had done some negative campaign ads about him. Anyway, the video was set to music from Local Hero, I think it was The Rocks and The Water or one of those selections.
Wonder if Martin, a banjo player amongst other things, is an MK fan.

We went to one of Martin's shows this summer.   Great program.  Superb musicians with him:   Steep Canyon Band.

Hey Emily, it's great to "see" you! I hope everything is alright with you and that we will see again next tour! I still hope to meet the others from the USA like Jacki again, and Knopfling, IrisRose, Gayle and so many others, but that will be hard because of the distance! .......... Hopeful Rollergirl, Golden Heart, Slavina and of course Nelly, Val and Ingrid, will be easier to meet next time!
