What a great night. Loved the documentary, at the end it look liked they chopped a lot out of it. The last 15 minutes or so were speeding up through his career.
Maybe they had filmed a lott more to put on a dvd? Or am I dreaming?

pipertotheend, can I respectfully ask that you upload your direct capture to Dime or Spanish City as an upgrade? The version that has been upped is a ridiculous sized re-encoded version. :(

by the way, at the end of sos, they show images from a show, which i recognise from pictures, the tshirt and stuff, but never saw moving images of that, where is that??

Isn't it from the BBC Arena documentary that we have on the Alchemy DVD ?
Just watched part 3, thank you so much Pipertotheend !
So, we got more excerpts from Wembley 85, the rest being taken from well-known DVDs...
I think the documentary is worth for Mark's words and explanations; I am somehow disappointed with the live footage, nothing really new, and above all by the omissions: not a word about LoG ! And almost nothing about his solo career, except for the collaboration with Emmy and a bit of footage from the GL tour...
Still, nice to see :)

This is from Rainbow Theatre, London UK, 20th or 21st December 1979.  Memorable hair! :lol

Thank you very much, pipertotheend!

Regarding a DVD-release as an uncut version, I suppose that if the rights to the documentary still belong to the producer (and not the BBC, they would only have (limited?) broadcasting rights), it could be possible.

Very nice documentary, too bad he didn't play a part of Tunnel Of Love like he did with 'SOS, RJ, MFN and Get Lucky. That would have been awesome!

Oh, and the 'Faggot' part is in it as well ;D :lol

For anyone else who still can't watch some (or all) of the YouTube videos, I've now uploaded the whole thing (in one video) here:

http://www.megavideo.com/?v=JBKBMBAW

You need to click the red "play" button, wait for it to turn green, then click again. You can switch between standard quality and high quality. Hopefully this one will work in the U.S. as well.

pipertotheend, can I respectfully ask that you upload your direct capture to Dime or Spanish City as an upgrade? The version that has been upped is a ridiculous sized re-encoded version. :(

Sure, I'm happy to do that, but I'm not sure where is best. It looks like Dime won't allow it, will Spanish City allow duplicate torrents?

Thank you! I am fairly certain Spanish City will allow it as an upgrade - concerns have already been voiced about the quality of the current version, your direct stream will be the best available. :)
