Tony Garnier has been playing with Dylan since June 1989. I could dig out the exact statistics but it must be well over 2000 shows. He is the longest serving Dylan band member, on any instrument, ever!

So admirable they named a hall in Lyon after him!

Ha ha! And he's played there, too.

I clearly remember the day when he played in Lyon last year. One of my biggest regrets ever.  :disbelief

I absolutely wanted to go but MK was touring ...
I had already booked a couple of MK shows, I was trying to add more and ... I didn't want my wife to kill me  ;)
Only thing to do was to cancel Bob.
The only problem is that Bob did play BWMcT, which is the Holy Graal for many MK fans, including myself.
I was really upset and disappointed that Monday morning when I saw the setlist.   :'(

I guess I won't have that kind of regret during Fall Tour ;D
Anyway, I can't miss anything because I'm going for Bob this time  ;)
