I finally gave in and listened to a Youtube recording from this tour.... Love it!

Well, there was never any guarantee that they would play together and the first batch of shows was very much us then them,but as things have gone on the mutual respect between B and M is more and more evident

I hope they will respect each other at least until next Thursday if that's what we get out of it!  And I hope they will respect each other on that song that day

I dont understand that mutual respect between them thing... If BD invited MK to go on tour with him, the respect is implied there, by Bob inviting him, by MK accepting.
