It started to rain awhile before MK and the band got on stage, but as soon as the MAN came on the sun was shining

Of course the dream of Stockholm and Gothenburg is because of egoistic reasons. Even better up would be two nights in Stockholms. 

The 2005 tour included these two cities.

You're totally right there. But then again I usually go to Copenhagen rather than any other Swedish city

(due to geographic reasons and the fact that the Copenhagen show in 1996 was the best concert I've been to in my life! audience isn't as stiff as in Sweden )
Gothenburg is a town that you easily forget

I have to admit, that I really liked Gothenburg several years ago: the Opera, the Alvsnabben, the Slottsskogen.

Must be same format as last time then;  North America first - then Europe.  I mean he's got to finish the tour before his birthday!

Maybe he won't do North America - he may go to Australia & NZ instead.

Perhaps.  These areas - along with South America - would be a good idea as they have all been neglected in recent years.

I think Guy goes on about the logistics of it all the time.  As you say though, he seems to have many fans and from the bootlegs from 2001 the atmosphere is incredible!

I think South and North America not in 2013
Maybe Australia or even Asia this time round.
Or Tour starts End of April only Europe then until End of July...
