Who would play MK in a film of Dire Straits

Ok, I was mulling over this for a while

If Warner Brothers were to bring out a new flick on the life & times of Dire Straits who do you think would play a young & older MK?

C'mon ladies & dont tell me Brad Pitt or George Clooney coz they look like me & I look nothing like MK LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think they'd have to go looking for a couple of actors:  the young MK and the mature MK.
I can't think of anyone already known who is fit to play him.   I mean, who looks like him.

I see nobody.... MK sould become an actor...he already played theater so he may be able to do it
 i would love to see him on screens... but certainly not played by someone else...

Well I have tried to find somebody looking like Mark, but there is only one Mark in the world!  He can play himself as the older Mark and .........hey I just have to think about the fact that Mark has 2 sons...........does one of you know if they look like Mark when he was younger?

Hey it is an advantage that they are twins.........one for me to drool over (after all I didn't pay attention to the young Mark and still need to discover that one)!  . The other son can be for Gayle or one of the other girls ......ohhhh perhaps I should say ladies!

 Fieneke  -  I have only seen pictures of one twin and, no, I don't really think he looks like Mark!  Maybe just one facial feature, perhaps!    We will have to think of someone else!

ohhhhhh but i have a friend who looks a bit like MK,  he is around 50 (just  smaller) he is singer in a band but doesn't play guitar. You put him dark glasses  (and heels) it's MK

I'd say the lead singer of the band  'Razorlight' to play the young MK, and Charlie from the UK TV programme 'Casualty' to play MK now.

Thank you Knopfling for the link of Ben! There is one picture where he looks a bit like his dad, well you can see they are family! It was nice to read his myspace page and I will try to find some music of Ben!

To insert a pic, you just click on Additional Options at the bottom left of the message page you are posting or modifying, then having saved the pic to somewhere on your computer you just click on the browse button where it says Attach:, then just fetch it from where you saved it.
