UP for "Dire Straits Legends"
« on: August 04, 2014, 03:16:12 PM »
A quick hello to everyone,

Just wanted to share this link :

I don't want to debate on tribute bands or on whatever legacy but I think they did a sterling job.

Setlist looks good, nice arrangements - great "Brothers in arms", very well played and powerful, greatly sung by John.

Good guitar playing - you can't say guitarists are not good.

Good to see John playing and singing some songs.

Well, Goldorak brought me back good memories from childhood, but can't see the link with DS legends... :hmm ???

I guess it's a wrong copy/paste, right ? :)

I always disliked the lighters at slower songs, but the cell phones and cameras recording the show are really more annoying. I know that without them we wouldn't have these clips, but it still spoils it for me. Some times I wonder if times before the digital cameras and cell phones were better for the concert goer.
Come on, it is not funny anymore.

"I'm playing all the right notes, but not necessarily in the right order."
