Ok, to me that isn't too obtrusive. Please excuse my objection.
And she's sitting in her Lusso, in the early morning sun.

Oh, don't worry, one of my concerns when writing it was the privacy, so informally understand your objection.

The book arrived. Can´t wait to have time to read it today. Really looking forward it, especially things about Newcastle, where I haven´t visited before.

My book arrived too Jbaent, thanks, it's a great job!! I went to London this weekend and I took a plane because it was too expensive on Eurostar so it made me discover Silvertown because we landed at London City Airport and we took the train to join the tube!! I didn't have your book but I guessed it was this town he was talking about!! Understood why he wrote this song!!
But it's written in the starlight and every line on your palm, we're fools to make war on our brothers in arms.

Thank you very much! That area has changed a lot the last years, when I took the pictures used in the Silvertown chapter, my idea was to see the Barriers, and I discovered the views from the Pontoon Sock station that if you are listening or thinking about Silvertown blues, you see how it match!

Yes, in the shop, when you choose one of the books and click on it, below the cover it says preview, you click there and if I recall correctly there are five or six pages to preview.

Absolutely true Jbaent, when we arrived saturday morning and we took the train I didn't have the song in my head because I was so surprised to see Silvertown area!! Then i had the time to think it over because we went to Royal Albert Hall and to Hammersmith Appolo just to walk around, So monday when it was time to take the train back to London City Aiport, I really started to observe carefully the view!!! It matches perfectly with this beautiful song!!  :thumbsup :wave

Great book! But do we know what are the lions in the song "Lions"? Because "lions are made of stone" I have always thought that they are not the ones in the Trafalgar square (which are bronze).

Mark said in his 1991 interview that he was thinking about Trafalgar square when he was writing Lions. So probably it really was an inspiration.
