Cologne recording - no download link

I bought a couple of shows but for this one I didn't get a download link.
Will it be sent to me?
I am just familar with nugs.net who offer Springsteen shows and there you have an account with order history and download links...

Check your spam folder, Cologne is available and you should have at least a recepit of your purchase, and another mail with the download link.

I received the confirmation email directy after the purchase, no other email though regarding the download link and nothing in my spam folder :-(

Send them an e-mail to get the link again

I was not gonna wait so I filed a paypal report and ordered the show again and then the download link showed up directly after the purchase and I also got a confirmation email with the download link
uploading my videos now with soundboard audio...
