Musical official release - what do we want?

Guess I'm in a minority of one, but I would be happy with a recording by the full Edinburgh cast, including the house band (sacrilegious I know, but I thought the band were excellent including the guitars and deserve to be heard on record).

I just wonder if the Edinburgh cast will transfer to The Old Vic next year or if there will be a new cast for London.

Whatever personnel may be involved in any soundtrack recording, what I would really like is for it to be a live or 'one take' recording rather than a perfectly produced studio version.

It will be a produced studio for sure.

About the house band, it would be unfair to leave them out so, ok, but I would like at least MK playing guitar as well

You are not alone, Fenderbender.  I would be happy to have a video of an actual performance with the live band, who I thought were excellent.  I don't see it as being a studio performance at all - it has to be as I saw it on stage.  If it was to be just an audio recording, then I'm sure it would be studio produced.

An additional audio of what was recorded with MKs band would be nice as a bonus.
