For me the album Brothers In Arms is always 17 May:)

Yes, but more sources say May 17 :)
Example:

This of course is not so important :)

The real truth is, the album has leaked a week before May 13th via torrent trackers and people downloaded it for free :lol

Interesting article as always JF. It is strange that as Phillips promoted the Brothers in Arms tour, there was no live CD to follow the tour, thus pushing their point even further!! Some really good photos I have never seen from that period too :thumbsup Mark with a six pack :o
Knopfler, Oldfield and Gilmour is all the guitar I need.

Did you thought about publishing also in English?

Deepl is a good translation tool, you only have to check and modify a few things...
You might get lucky, now and then

Hi amiters.
I state that I am curious about statistics: how many are the global sales of BIA?  Did any of you read anything about it?  Everywhere we read over 30 million copies: but how many are they really?  Thanks in advance.

yes I tought about it, and I know some people who could help me to translate as well
but it's already a lot of work to write, collect pics, videos, links, and so on... a lot of nights !  :P
and putting all articles in english too, would be doing them twice in term of layout, pics, videos etc...
I know that some wordpress plugins exist, I have to check
of course, I know I will have to do it someday... I just need time  :)

Google Chrome translated it fine for me, about 95% correct, the rest was easy enough to fill in.
