Recently i watched the dvd All the road running and i was wondering why the omitted All that Matters from the dvd and is it wel on the live cd which was delivered by the dvd?

Because that song wasn't played in the show recorded for the DVD. In the CD it's an extra from another different concert.

They didn't want people falling asleep watching the DVD but it's easier to press the 'skip' button on your CD remote.
