    • A Mark In Time
Ingrid almost rescued Mark from a mad Belgian girl at the RAH this May who already kneeled on the stage and wanted to go to Mark during the encores.
Or at least gave her a speech she won't forget...
lol, was standing next to that. that woman was bonkers....lol....
any Knopfler, Floyd or Dylan will do....

Wow. Graeme to the rescue!

Graeme Blevins:  Saxophone and bodyguard.   :o :o

Can't actually remember seeing anything like that before at a Knopfler gig.

Rome 2015, 2 people on the stage...

Seems like a regular occurrence since I said that, yet I've never witnessed it personally!

yes not the first time,
what annoys me a bit is that MK always reacts as if he was attacked by a monster rather than by a fan (often a girl/woman btw)

If I realised that the chances were slim,
How come I'm so surprised when the tide rolled in

Maybe his stability isn't so good these days.  He looked as though he was about to fall back when that woman rushed toward him.

You don’t know what she’s up to, I think it’s much more scary than you think it is.

I agree, especially as said before that Mark seem not to be in physical good shape.

keyword in my sentence is always, already happened in the past tours more than once, and always same reaction,
even when NOT running away like this time but always annoyed by the event

I stopped a then friend from jumping on stage in Chicago years ago. To this day, she won't talk to me over it. Over a decade long friendship gone for merely being a voice of reason. Sad.

I bet Mark was fuming mad....

Why would he be fuming mad?  He's not that uptight.

Of course, knew all the time it would return in US...

they have played it in most countries involved/affected by last world war.. germany, netherlands, england, france, italy,  Norway, and of course US.. Poland is missing here though as they only got Piper.

The US?  Toronto, of course, is in Canada, a country larger in area than even China, and not part of the US.
true, slightly larger tan the US, and China (9,9million m2 vs 9,8 vs 9,5) but population wise it is only a 10th of the US and i am not even going to get started about China. i mean, it is even smaller then germany, italy, spain, france, england and Poland...
any Knopfler, Floyd or Dylan will do....

For European in general, when MK is touring there is mainly the US and the few Canadian cities he play doesn't get much attention in comparison.

We know it's a different country although we dont mind very much about any country at the other side of the ocean.
