That singing voice is just so wrong. I know Mark is not a great singer, but for his songs, he is the best singer, and anyone else just doesn't cut it.

MK's voice is unique, even if not a superb voice obviously like Bono or Freddy Mercury it's still very difficult to reproduce

I think Terence has a pretty good voice among the tribute bands

I think Terence does a very good job. It helps a lot that he is a native speaker of English and his background is from acting. His singing and guitar playing are a touch too aggressive. He needs to be a little more laid back to "do Mark".

Maybe it's just me, but I just don't think his voice works for Mark's songs.
