Album mixing
« on: December 27, 2019, 12:24:15 AM »
Hi
Was wondering if there is any info on how the mixing process goes with Guy Fletcher and Mark. How does a song sound so perfecly executed? Are there some Marks preferences or trick of the trade?

You can write a whole book on this topic, not quite sure any discussion would "make it click" for you, because it's too complex. Simply put, you need nothing, but the best recording studio, best musicians and good songs. Mark's early albums are also sound perfect, but there was even no Guy OR Chuck Ainlay by his side yet, so we're left only... with good songs.
