Hi I'll visit Glasgow in Summer and plan to discover MK/DS related places. I have got also Julio's book. Are there any further suggestions?

Edinburgh.  The two cities aren't as far apart as people think and there's a regular train service (every 15 mins) that takes under an hour right into each city centre.

30 Wheatfield Rd, I think it’s in the north of city. Not sure how long they lived there and what other addresses they lived at in the city. I’m sure there was another address near the Scotstoun area of the city…..bigger house.

His birthplace of Bearsden can be reached by train.  His first school is still there.

If that's not in the book, it would be in the second edition, which is almost finished!
You might get lucky, now and then
