Chariots Of Fire was produced by David Puttnam in 1981, the next year he produced Local Hero. Both movies are famous for their music being more legendary than the films themselves. Without the music, they would never ever be even close to their success. And so, genious composer is an extremely rare phenomenon indeed!

That's true. But the next album is just as important as the movie.

The next film album after Chariots Of Fire was Blade Runner. I was just thinking about this album.
