MK played Local Hero at a party/concert for Stirling Moss on the Saturday night at Goodwood, pic in Motor Sport.  I'll scan it later.

Apparently there was talk of Chris Rea joining DS in the late 80s - because his gruffy voice he would fit in with some of MKs songs.

However they couldn't decide on a name for the band - the famous one being 'Dire Rea'  ;)

Simon, Agreed.  Mark looked really uncomfortable.  Don't worry, all the nice / fun ladies in this forum will go and rescue him. We'll make sure he's relaxed and have a time of his life! Right ? ladies ?
